Najbliza pjescana plaza (Vela Luka) udaljena je cca 300 m (3 min), a do najblizeg marketa je cca 500 m (5 min).  Ostale prednosti ukljucuju blizinu dva bazena, teniskih terena, teretane, te šumske staze uz obalu prikladne za duge šetnje, i povrh svega, priliku za miran odmor u mediteranskom podneblju, poznatom po svojoj bogatoj vegetaciji i nezagadjenom zraku.

Air-conditioned apartment-studio LUCE (cca 25m2), with assured parking place, is situated in the silent west side of Supetar (so-called Beverly Hills), on the island of Brac. It consists of a large living room with TV, that is used as a bedroom, with a kitchen and separated bathroom. The apartment is suitable for individuals, youngsters, or couples with one or two little children. All pets are welcome - free of charge! The app. has  entrance to the balcony with wonderful view on the sea- the Canal of Brac and Split. The nearest sandy beach (Vela Luka) is distant cca 300 m (3 minutes), while the closest supermarket  takes 5 minutes by walk (500 m close to the beach). Other advantages include: the nearness of two swimming pools, tennis courts, the gym, wood lane by the seacoast which is perfect for strolling and, above all, a chance for a peaceful vacation in an arrea of mediterranean climate, which is famous of its rich vegetation and fresh unpolluted air.
